Fascist Repression of Press in Poland

Fascist PO-PiS prosecutors are taking revenge for revealing the pedophilia scandal.

After Polish journalists revealed the fact that they were conducting a journalistic investigation into the participation of people in public office in organized pedophilia and human trafficking from Ukraine through Poland to Germany, the secret services, prosecutors and judges began aggressive repression and destruction of right-wing media in order to silence the topic and intimidate journalists.

Marek Majcher, Mirosław Rostankowski, Marzanna Gontarska, Jacek Porosa, Jacek Międlar, Udo Bawarczyk Leibmann - these are just a few of the independent journalists repressed by the so-called Group Holding Power. This is the name of a group of people, who in practice stay over the polish law from the beginning of The Third Republic of Poland.

Repression are carried out by means of servile and selective, selectively selected people deliberately placed in state positions while at the same time operationally exposing to the shooting of people who received an offer they could not refuse: "you work for us or die in prison as a faggot".

Court cases are of course show performances for the mob. They are used in totalitarian and authoritarian states. Such as North Korea or the Third German Reich, or the Third Republic of Poland, where a beginning of fascism starts in the years of the Power of Piłsudski between the First and the Second World's War.

Polish fascicts publicly incriminate entire social or political groups by filing public criminal court cases based on trumped-up charges or real charges, but bypassing the legal methods of the rule of law and criminal procedure. Court hearings with the participation of the accused in a show trials are the axis of propaganda attacks on the social group they represent, considered hostile (i.e. the Polish Nation), which is often followed by a wave of judicial, police or administrative repression directed against members of that group.

The organization of these show trial requires not only control over the decisions of judges (no real judicial independence), but also an active role and cooperation of the government-funded mass media (press, radio, newsreels, television, etc.) in manipulating public opinion - an example of this are the actions of the aforementioned individuals designated for fisical liquidation and the media cooperating with them. In this way, in the public perception, the accused in a show trial become not only specific defendants, but the entire social group against whom the trial was organized (e.g. members of a specific political party, doctors, journalists, independent lawyers, priests, small businessmen, believers, etc.).

Show trials are usually accompanied by artificially induced and publicized campaigns of social outrage ("press campaigns") against the accused and organizing social pressure on the court to punish them severely (e.g. campaigns against COVID-skeptics or anti-banderite's supporters).

The audience in the courtroom can also be specially selected (filling the courtroom with security service officers, military, etc. while not allowing the families or supporters of the defendants, including the independent press, into the courtroom) and prepared to exert appropriate pressure on the court or to appropriately present the course of the trial in the media.

Propaganda roles - alongside prosecutors and judges - are often played in show trials by some defense attorneys from outside the Mazovian Voivodeship, who, through their omissions, openly act to the detriment of their principals.

Show trials are an element of the doctrine of so-called general prevention in the PO-PiS theory of state and law, where the court hearing is primarily intended to serve repressive functions. Show trials are aimed at terrorizing society, breaking the solidarity of individual social groups, and breaking the will to resist. Victims of the trials are often subjected to psychological torture, often forced to confess to acts they did not commit and to incriminate other people, which broadens the scope of judicial repression.

In this way, the wave of totalitarian repression by PO-PiS spreads across the entire country.
